Yes, we repair, setup and restore both acoustic and electric guitars as well as bass, mandolins, violins, ukuleles and bouzoukis.
If the repair is something minor that will take a few minutes, then yes, otherwise we will need to keep your instrument in the workshop for the duration of the repair and we will inform you when it is ready.
No, we will provide a discounted quote for a combination of jobs. For example, if you have an electrical fault and also want a full setup and restring, we will provide a combined discounted quote for all the jobs requested.
Yes we send regular pictures and videos of the work being done on your instrument via whatsapp, so you can see the progress of your repair. We also send you a video of the final setup and sound test once the repair is complete.
We have over 25 years of experience in guitar repair and restoration.
Yes, we always issue a receipt for all paid work and we also issue paperwork when you handover your instrument with serial numbers, make and model listed.
Yes, we can collect and drop off your instrument for a small fee, within a 5 mile radius of Loughton, Essex.

Ideally yes, but if you don't have a guitar we can advise you where to rent them or buy them from.
No you can take our lessons without an amplifier. We can teach you with an electric or acoustic guitar.
Add our number to your contacts and send us a message. If you have a tripod to hold your phone during the lesson that would be ideal, but if not we can work around that and you can just place your your phone somewhere flat and straight. Set your camera up normally in landscape mode and do not flip the camera mode otherwise everything is mirrored and it can be confusing when we are teaching you how to play chords and scales.
Thats up to you, whatever you feel comforatable with. We will send you links to tabs after each lesson you can practice the songs you have learned in the lesson.
When you call to book a lesson, we will offer you whats days and times are available and when you confirm your slot we will send you a payment link or QR code to make the payment. We accept all major card payments. Slots are only reserved for 1 hour so failure to pay within that time will result in losing your slot and we will have to release it to other students.
All bookings are non refundable but we are happy to reschedule your lesson if you need to change the time or date. Please contact us to discuss any scheduling changes.
